1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order with Trendbaskets is simple:
- Browse our product categories or use the search bar to find what you're looking for.
- Select the product and choose your size, color, or any other required options.
- Click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout.
- Provide your shipping details and payment information.
- Review your order, and once everything is correct, click Place Order.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information once your order ships.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also log into your Trendbaskets account to check the status of your order.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience easier. These include:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and more.
- PayPal
- Other secure online payment methods (depending on your region).
- COD
All payments are processed securely.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick shipping. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@trendbaskets.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
5. How do I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow our Return and Refund Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@trendbaskets.com for return instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.
6. How do I get a refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
7. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over 7000. Shipping charges will be applied to orders under this amount, and the cost will be displayed at checkout.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location. You will see the estimated shipping costs and delivery times at checkout.
Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@trendbaskets.com. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will update the address for you.
10. What do I do if I received a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team right away at support@trendbaskets.com. Include a photo of the damage or defect, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
